About Me
A graduate of Cornell University undergrad and law school, I practiced law in Stamford, CT for over 40 years, certified as a real estate specialist, before retiring and coming full time to Naples, passing the real estate exam and joining Blue Heron Realty of Naples in 2008. Both back up north and here, I have represented both buyers and sellers as well as banks and title companies. I have handled many estates, foreclosure sales and Fannie Mae owned properties and have also closed 1031 tax exchanges.
Outside of real estate, I belonged to and served for years Temple Beth El in Stamford and was on the Board and later president of Marina Bay Condominium Association where I then lived. Since moving to Naples, I have become an active member of Naples Jewish Congregation, serving as a Board member and officer and the sole male voice in the small temple choir. I’ve also served on the Board of the local Home Owners Association in Countryside and several committees.
Up in Long Island Sound and out to Block Island, I’ve cruised and raced sailboats. I enjoy scuba diving and snorkeling, and golf and love karaoke, both here and down in Key West. It’s been said, hold out a microphone and Peter will grab it and sing a song.
I’ve been blessed with my wife, four children and the appropriate in-laws and six grandchildren, all of whom I truly believe are the most wonderful in the world and visiting with them is always a joy.
