About Me
Patricia (Patti) Avallone is returning to the world of real estate after a 30 year absence as she pursued her career as a Connecticut educator.
She is anxious to bring her skills as a teacher, school and district administrator and State of Connecticut consultant and trainer to the field that requires time, attention to detail, flexibility, knowledge, compassion, energy, interpersonal skills, a love of the business and the ability to have a good time in the process.
Selected as Connecticut’s Teacher of the Year in 1995, Patti is a frequent keynote speaker and has trained hundreds of parents, teachers and school personnel on family engagement, welcoming schools and teacher evaluation at conferences in CT and throughout the country. She has been a CNN contributor in the field of education, a Harvard invited lecturer and most recently served as a mentor and trainer to new principals throughout CT.
Patti and her husband Neil have owned in Countryside since 1989 and became permanent residents two years ago. She is a member of the 9 hole Ladies Golf Association, the ladies bowling league and is looking forward to the new bocce league that is beginning this year.
Moving to Naples has been a dream come true for Patti, her husband, her 4 married children and her 8 grandchildren. She never stops saying…”it doesn’t get any better than this” and she is looking forward to helping others find their perfect home.
